Artezio Took Part in the Job Fair in Kharkiv within the Development of the Regional Representative Offices
On November 22, the tenth Anniversary job fair took place at Kharkiv National University of Radio electronics. Apart from Artezio, more than 50 companies took part in the event. More than 2000 senior students and recent graduates attended the job fair.
The participation of Artezio-Kharkiv in the job fair was aimed to improve the company image in Ukraine and also to invite recent graduates to take part in the company’s international projects.
Pavel Adylin, Artezio CEO, “The development of regional offices is of top priority for Artezio in terms of personnel policy. The growth of the Kharkiv office takes a special place in this process due to the high level of specialist training, considerable personnel base, as well as the loyalty of the Ukrainian legislation towards the IT field. For this reason, participation in such image-making events is absolutely necessary.”
Alexey Kiselyov, Director of Artezio-Kharkiv: “Participation in the job fair at the premises of Kharkiv National University of Radio electronics has turned out to be a rather effective mean for drawing attention to our company. The Artezio stand was visited by more than 500 people; just the day after the event we received dozens of CVs. We are aiming at loyalty growth to our company, and we are planning to increase our office personnel by several times during 2014.”
Artezio regional representative office was set up in Kharkiv in the middle of 2012; an effective team able to independently implement some projects of the company in the field of custom software development was formed by the end of 2013.
