On March 17, 2011 General Manager of Artezio North America, Sina Adibi, shared his experiences in ITO and BPO both as a client and a vendor. The event titled “What to Keep in-House & What to Outsource – Success Stories” took place in Lyndhurst, NJ.
The New Jersey Technology Council provides business support, networking opportunities, information, advocacy and recognition of technology companies and their leaders. Founded in 1996, NJTC’s almost 1,000 member companies work together to support their own enterprises while advancing New Jersey’s status as a leading technology center in the United States.
The main goal of the meeting was to gather representatives of the leading IT companies of New Jersey and neighboring states in order to clearly define the role of outsourcing in various types of the company business processes. The event’s goal was to help business owners carefully weigh their options before choosing what and if to outsource, whether they plan to outsource offshore or to domestic US-based companies.
The report by Sina Adibi contained facts and statistics representing current industry trends, business analysis and personal view points based on his rich experience in ITO and BPO, reflecting on the importance of outsourcing and highlighting benefits business owners can realize by outsourcing a portion of their IT departments’ work to subcontractors.
Sina Adibi, GM Artezio-NA: “It was a good opportunity to meet the industry key decision makers and to connect with potential partners and local business owners interested in high quality software outsourcing services rendered by Artezio.”
Artezio has been successfully providing software outsourcing services for a wide variety of clients worldwide for the past 10 years. Led by experienced industry professionals like Mr. Adibi the company works both with large international companies and the SMB sector.
