Artezio released Help Desk – a new SharePoint app for companies to improve service request processes such as office supplies, IT support and others.
The app has 5 statuses approach: Open->In Progress->Resolved->Closed->Reopen and was created for the following user roles:
The Admin specifies user groups and change email notifications templates. Operations with requests are available to users depending on their roles and the request status.
About 140 users have already downloaded Help Desk. The app is free. You can try it at Microsoft Office Online Store.
