Among the main goals for Mr Adylin as RUSSOFT Chairman are the association’s strategic development, coordination of members’ interaction, building a rapportwith the government, promotion of the software industry in Russia and abroad, support of SME IT companies.
Last year RUSSOFT actively collaborated with the Russian government and public institutions including the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Communications, the Russian Venture Company, and Skolkovo Innovation Fund. Among the most positive results is the new taxation policy for IT companies incling social tax reduction for SME IT firms. Russoft played the major role in the development and promotion of the approach, according to which regional IT clusters are seen as an alternative structure which helps to encourage interaction within the Russian IT sector.
Members of RUSSOFT attended and exhibited at various IT and intersectoral scientific and image-making events in Russia and worldwide. Among them are St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, The Russian CIO Summit, the U.S.-Russia Bilateral Presidential Commission Innovation Working Group, the Russian Innovation Week in California. RUSSOFT is involved in the development of the national software platform. A number of association’s initiatives aim at improving the professional level of managers in small IT companies.
Pavel Adylin, Artezio CEO and the Chairman of RUSSOFT, said: “I’m proud to be re-elected for the second term. I would like to thank my colleagues for their confidence.
