Artezio Celebrates its 13th Anniversary
Since its foundation day, Artezio has been aiming at working flexibly and personally with each client and creating the best conditions for building up a solid and professional team. This year Artezio is 13 years old.
Artezio was founded in 2000 in Moscow. At that time, there were only four people in the company. By 2004, the number of employees reached 100 people who carried out offshore software development projects for large corporate customers in the USA, Western Europe, and Japan.
Today Artezio is one of the key East European players in the offshore software development market. That is confirmed by the company’s place in the most significant world industrial ratings such as the Global Outsourcing 100, Global Services 100, Gartner Reports, etc. The company demonstrates stable growth that is twice the average exceeding the market growth. By the middle of 2013, the staff count of the company is coming close to 500 employees who successfully completed more than 500 projects from seven company offices in Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. The company portfolio includes not only offshore software development and maintenance, but also system integration services, technical and business consulting, setup of offshore development and testing centers, outstaffing for different companies from various industry segments like finance, telecommunications, healthcare, high-tech, logistics, retail, etc.
During the last year, the company created a separate IT department focused on the financial sector, gathering the company expertise in this field and aiming to develop companies potential in this area as well. In 2012-2013, Artezio signed contracts with new clients including large Russian banks. Another significant direction of the company’s progress during the last year was an active work on its own software products based on the most innovative information technologies. Some of in-house Artezio software products are already released. Among them are the cloud-based online visualization service iVizart, Kanban plugins for Atlassian JIRA and MS Outlook, a number of products for mobile devices such as MinutesPad, Travel Stories, Meeting Tracker.
The main objectives of the company for the next year will be keeping growth rates, further development of the offering in the financial segment, increase of sales in North America, development and promotion of in-house products.
