Dean has 19 years of overall professional experience. He started his career at Cisco Systems in various roles, from business analytics to strategic business development and account management. Later on, Dean held a number of strategy consulting and operations management positions with various companies. Dean holds an MBA degree from Hult International Business School in Boston and is based in Princeton New Jersey.



Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Pavlov is responsible for technical strategy and services, forming teams at Artezio, and product development. Mr. Pavlov has more than 13 years of experience in different IT disciplines. He began his career at Artezio by leading the company’s biggest development center in Minsk, Belarus and went on to become CTO in 2014. Mr. Pavlov graduated from the Belarussian State University in 2000 with a M.S. in Math. He has PhD in Geotechnology Science.



SVP Services

Nick Sag, who earned a PhD in Computer Science, has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2001, Nick founded Bonus Technology, a New Jersey based IT services company. In that time Artezio started to cooperate with Bonus Technology as a contractor for delivery services. Nick grew the company from 3 to 300+ employees. Nick was one of the co-founders of Global Logic Corporation, formed as a result of Bonus Technology’s acquisition by Induslogic in 2006. GlobalLogic is a full-lifecycle software product development services leader. Nick started N-iX Partners, a Florida based IT consulting and software engineering company, in 2010. Nick is splitting his time between New York area and Florida.



Co-founder and CFO

Alex is an expert in business automation and financial audit. With a master degree in Electronics and Automation, Alex specializes in international economics and finance. Being one of the founders at Artezio, Alex has held the position of the company CFO for more than 18 years.



Senior Technology Advisor

Michael has more than 25 years of IT experience. He started his career as a programmer at Chase Manhattan Bank and quickly became an expert in most popular databases. Michael also worked for other major Wall Street firms and in big technology companies, and evolved from database developer to Senior Technology Adviser on everything related to databases, Big Data, Data Lake and Hadoop.
