Artezio confirms the compliance of its Quality Management System with international ISO standards

The audit performed by the well-known international company Intercertifika-TÜV jointly with TÜV Thüringen for the 9th time confirmed that the quality management system of Artezio remains completely compliant with international ISO standards.

The ISO 9000 family of standards relate to quality management systems and are designed to help organizations ensure they meet the needs of customers. An ISO certificate is not a once-and-for-all award, but must be renewed at regular intervals recommended by the certification body, usually ones a year. The current version of standards “ISO 9001:2008” includes the most up-to-date requirements for quality management systems and is used by different companies of any size or industry focus.

The auditors of the Intercertifika carefully analyzed Artezio quality management system and prepared a detailed report about all the changes made to the system since the last audit. The report gives positive evaluation of the company’s quality policy and its abidance. In particular, the growth of the production resources load rate up to 95 % was considered one of the positive moments. In general, among other advantages of Artezio QMS the auditors pointed at the Electronic Document Management practice, well organized risk management practice both at project and company level as well as implementation of internal non-commercial projects in order to study and develop new technologies and methods that help increase the employees’ qualification skills and deepen knowledge in different domains.

Larisa Evtukhova, head of the audit team, Intercertifika: “Artezio Quality Management System (QMS) is in a working condition. We have completed the internal audit of the company’s QMS and its functioning. The company’s activity is performed in accordance with the current legislation. The results of the surveillance audit lead to the conclusion that Artezio QMS is fully compliant with the ISO 9001 requirements”.

It’s worth mentioning that Artezio got its first ISO certificate in 2003. In 2009 the company’s QMS was fundamentally changed and enhanced and allowed Artezio to pass the audit for the latest version of ISO standards - ISO 9001:2008, as well as successfully confirm the certificate in 2010. Thus the audit performed in July-August 2011 is the second surveillance audit after the certificate renovation.
